Early Times bath and showerliners are custom-molded to fit right over your old tub or shower base. We use only the thickest acrylic available (.270”-.325”), which will never crack, chip, peel, fade or stain. They are non-porous and scratch resistant, with a molded-in, slip resistant bottom. While their high-gloss finish will enhance your tub’s beauty, their heat retention (which is 3 times that of cast iron or steel tubs) will enhance its effectiveness. They are easy to clean and maintain, requiring only soap and water, and do not disturb existing floors or plumbing. They protect you and your family from lead-based bathtub glazing, are available in many colors, and come equipped with an overflow gasket system to prevent your tub from overflowing and flooding your bathroom. For peace of mind, all BCI liners are backed by a lifetime warranty.
Standard bathroom walls are tiled, with grout applied to the grooves between the tiles. This grout is basically sand, which is fine for other areas of your bathroom, just not the “wet” areas near your tub, as it will eventually erode and wash away. The grooves are also ideal places for the growth of mold and mildew (which require darkness and moisture to grow). Early Times wall surrounds install right over your existing walls from floor to ceiling. They are made in high-gloss, non-porous acrylic for easy, soap and water cleaning. We use triple flashing on the corners of the walls for reinforcement and, since water is unable to get beneath our surrounds, prevention of water damage and the growth of mold and mildew. Solid, Marbleized, Metallic and Granite colors, as well as tile-look walls, are all available. Our wall surrounds are beautiful, practical, and come backed by a lifetime warranty.
